An exciting opportunity has become available for administrator seeking a busy and varied new role based in Daventry! 

Due to our growth we are looking to recruit a Registrations Administrator to cover a range of tasks including:

  • Chase other side solicitors for outstanding docs i.e. indemnity policies
  • Chase for compliance certificates
  • Check Land Registry for completed registration
  • Final Reports to Lender
  • Final Reports to clients
  • Send out leases and plans
  • Send out share certificates
  • Deal with account ledgers and Money on Account
  • Deed Chasers
  • Requisitions
  • Update LMS and Lender Exchange when/if needed

Essential Skills:

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word/Excel/Office),
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills,
  • Able to manage your time and workload and have good levels of literacy and numeracy
  • Great customer service!!
