We are now delighted to build upon that commitment, through the launch of the Simply Conveyancing Academy Property Lawyer Programme, providing the first step on a career path as a Property Lawyer to trainees.

Investing in Future Property Lawyers
As one of the UK’s leading property law companies, we are eager to provide vocational training to the next generation of Property Lawyers, enabling them to progress as quickly as they are able, ensuring that they have access to high quality vocational learning, professional qualifications and the coaching and mentoring needed to be outstanding. The Academy offers the opportunity to complete the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) Level 4 Diploma, through an apprenticeship route, whilst within role.
We expect to receive new cohorts of trainees every year. Once trainees have completed their programme successfully, they will receive clear progression pathways and incentives to advance to senior levels, perhaps becoming a Licensed Conveyancer through completing the CLC Level 6 Diploma and owning a progressively more complex portfolio of client matters. They may decide to progress on to other career paths either in leadership roles or perhaps compliance specialisms.
To ensure that our trainees receive the highest quality of training on their journey, we employ a highly trained, qualified in-house team of technical trainers including a dedicated Academy Trainer who is a qualified solicitor to support the team throughout their journey.
Investing in Future Qualifications
Simply are property law experts but conveyancing is not the only apprenticeship we offer. This year we launched our Professional Qualifications Scheme, providing access to apprenticeships across all professional areas and disciplines, including leadership, Finance, HR and IT.
Supporting our Communities
Simply aims to provide opportunities in the communities we represent. Through our Making a Difference programme, we focus on a number of key areas such as the wellbeing of our employees, our environmental impact, and creating a truly diverse and inclusive culture to welcome people into. We look to offer opportunities to candidates looking to start their career who live close to one of our office locations, through accessing various roles in The Simply Conveyancing Academy as well as a variety of other business areas such as Sales and Legal Support.

I really enjoyed the sessions on using visualfiles and drafting contracts/contract packs. Having never done a task similar to this I was a little bit apprehensive. Coming out of both sessions I feel confident and no longer overwhelmed. I loved the fact that these sessions were interactive and mirrored what we would be doing in practice as I am the type of person to learn whilst doing.
